        22 mand tract but which is intended to be marked off and being that portion lying next and bounded by the lands of the widow Fariss , John Anomal Pleasant Cedey & which said land is still however bound for a residue of the purchase money to said Moffit , also one negro woman named Delila and a Negro man named Lepio , one waggon six pair year , five head of howes his three said houses , one gray howe and one bay mare eighteen head cattle , twenty two head sheep . eight head hogs , all his crop cond supposed to be eighty Caney , also all live Stacks four blade Stacks two hay stacks , all his crop Tobacco supposed to be four thousand weight , also all his household and kitchen furni Eme consisting in part of four feather beds , bedsteads and furniture one nowhogany Curean the walnut ssiss and contents being all live said stone ward & & Two folding tables , one walnut chest . six ⌨ ⌨ and six split Collowe claims . 3 sold and live 2 oven & lide fifteen ⌨ ⌨ weigeth of Pichled pock , also all his plantation tools consisting in part of two two house plows , four shovel dills , one now booth harrow two fifty chains and one boy chain , six billing trols three malare six acres , also one rifle givor , one rent saw and one handson together will all and every other species property , interest or claim be the said William Sleeks may be possessed of , not herein enumerald . Upon this trust nevertheless that the said Thomas I Phelps and William Hariss shall permit the said William Cleeks to remain in quiet and peaceable possession of the property herein before mentioned until Eld 25 , day December 1847 at voluel time should there still be defanch of payment and being thereto required by the said Jaston Siftrick ⎬ , William D Neck and David Brothers or either one of them to sell said property thereupon they the said Thomas I Phelps and William Pariss or either one of them shall proceed to sell the same by way of publick auction for and after having given at least two weeks notice of the same by adver ⌨ it at publick places in the neighbourhood and at the Court line door and out of the money arising from such sale to pay in the first place all the expenses allending the premises , in the next place the debt and interest due the said Preston & Deftwills and in the next place the debt and interest due the said William D. McCoy of Breckenridge County Kentucky a number of Ronally . years ago in the State of Virginia , intermaried mill Rachel Fielder ┃ McCoy daughter of John Smelser of Bedford County Virginia . That the said Rachel ┃ McCoy afterwards died leaving the following named children to wit a rough Lee Polly Ann solus has intermarried with James Henry or Daughter and ⌨ ⌨ pay interm ⌨ will Nolen ⌨ Carline who has intermarried with William Haynes a son named Julal S. McCoy and another son named Stephen McCoy and El above named John Lineser has departed this life leaving a considerable purport , in land and personal property . Now rod James Kennary and Polly and to Mary his wife , John Haynes and John Haynes his wife , William Haynes and Caroline Traynor his wife , Abel S. McCoy and Stephen B Cowall of Breckenridge County and State Kentucky wishing to obtain our share or part of our grand fathers estate and it being inconvement for us to have E Alirginia to transact the busing ourselves , do hereby make now = , constitute and appoint our faller John J. McCoy of Buckownage County , Kentucky our line and lawfull attorney for us and in on ained and to our use and benefit to proceed to Virginia and upon the executor or executors or administrator or administrators of the estate of our deceased grand faller John Tinds , Deceased late of Virginia , for all such sums of money as we may be entitled to either jointly or severally said receive and receipt for the said file also outhouse our said attorney to take into his possession all such lands as we may be entitled to from the estate of the said John Sinelder the sons to receive any rent that may be due to me for said land and to sell
