DEATH: Tri-County News, May 7, 1959 - Mrs. Maude Marie GIBBS, 60,suffered a fatal heart attack about 6 pm. Sunday May 3, 1959 at her home in Milligan. She was born April 22, 1899, the daughter of Brent & Mary Swaim Miller. Mrs. Gibbs was a member of the Portland Mills Christian Church and American Legion Auxiliary at Russellville. Survivors include the husband, W. Harold Gibbs; 3 daughters, Mrs. Edna Barker, Greenfield; Mrs. Pearl Harbison and Mrs. Grace Humphrey, Judson; a son, Walter W. Gibbs, Rockville; two half-sisters, Mrs. Frances Perry, Rockville and Mrs. Elizabeth Reeder, Bellmore; a half-brother, Sam Crooks, Rockville and 8 grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Portland Mills Christian Church with burial in Mt Moriah Cemetery. Rev. Lester Niles & Rev. Trousdale officiating ministers.

BIOGRAPHY:
