Dorothy Mae Whitlow Cantrall, 98, of Elizabethtown died Saturday May 31, 2014 at Kensington Center. She was born on April 10, 1916 in Louisville, KY. She was a woman of great faith who served as a pastor's wife for 40 years. She was a member of many churches in Hardin, Meade, Washington and Jefferson counties. She served in multiple capacities in her home churches. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bro. Lowell V. Cantrall; son, Paul Cantrall. She is survived by her sons, Gene (Janice) Cantrall of Florence, James R. (Barbara) Cantrall and Roy (Becky) Cantrall all of Elizabethtown; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and four great great great grandchildren. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Living Faith Baptist Fellowship, 401 W. Poplar Street, Elizabethtown, KY with Dr. Billy Compton officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Louisville, KY. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Living Faith Baptist Fellowship. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations in the name of Dorothy Cantrall to Southern Baptist Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Brown Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
