DEATH: Terre Haute Tribune death notice (12/23/45) - Marion A. Payton, 69years old, died at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon at his residence near Judson. He is survivied by the wife, Anna; one daughter, Mary Margaret of Indianapolis; one brother, Fred Payton, of Rockville; two sisters, Mrs. Lary Burkes, of Gary, and Mrs. Ella Williams of Crawfordsville; one half brother, Raymond Payton; and one half sister, Mrs. Harold Payton, both of Rockville. The body was taken to the Barnes Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held a t 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. Rev. Raymond Skelton will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
