John II (1247 – 22 August 1304) was Count of Hainaut, Holland, and Zeeland. John II, born 1247, was the eldest son of John I of Hainaut and Adelaide of Holland. He was Count of Hainaut from 1280 to his death and Count of Holland from 1299 until his death. In 1270, John married Philippa, daughter of Count Henry V of Luxembourg and Margaret of Bar.
