Some genealogists refer to her as Mary Hatch. Many second and third marriages occurred among pilgrims as the men were killed or died young. Richard was one of the famous "Long Hunters of Kentucky" who helped supply food to the settlers in the colonies... land grants... centered around Meadow Creek of NewRiver in Virginia.
