I use VICE with Linux. Having activated full screen and double size and
double scan. But have a quite big large frame around the area displaying
the machine, see <http://www.ankman.de/vice.png>.

I wonder if it's possible to have the top and bottom border of the (blue)
Commodore 64 outer frame touching or be closer to the physical borders of
the screen of the host computer that it would look like
