There are 17 volumes to the manga for Index, so lots of material, but the
anime ended 5 years ago and I have not seen any announcements for a new
series. If you can find the Railgun movie that is pretty good too.

Thanks. FWIW, the anime series of both of them are available for
viewing at Crunchyroll, which is where I watched them. IIRC, each
series consisted of 24 episodes (may have been more). Not able to pin
why it appealed to me, but the story lines were enjoyable to watch
unfold.
