Just want to pass on to everyone that Jeremiah Jaquet is a great
seller. I got Far East of Eden II: Manjimaru from him at a great price
and it came as promised...Mint condition. Don't hesitate to deal with
him,
Thanks

I have dealt with Jeremiah, but only as a buyer not a trader. I have
dealt with him on several occasions and would not think twice about buying from him
again. He is very reliable and very honest. Its people like this that make
our 'community' flourish.
On a different note, I recently bought a Blue Blink via Ebay (I know that is a
bad word around here) and it came with a peculiar HuCard sleeve. It was an
odd species. It said Chameleon Club on the back, but it was the perfect size
and possibly made as a thrid party HuCard sleeve. Anyone have any info on
this? It was a top loader with an opening at the bottom where you could use
your thumb to slide the card up and out. Thank you in advance.

Is there a way you can send me a scan of what it looks like?
We had thought about making one like that too (similar, top
loading)...but I don't think I have ever seen one made for the PC
Engine.
I could be wrong though...LOL...there seems to be a great deal of
interesting things from Japan I never thought came out for the system.

Subject: Tengai Makyou/ Far East of Eden walkthrough...
Anyone out there who has not played this game is missing out on what
may be the greatest RPG that no one knows about. Granted, I have not
played Tengai Makyou II ManjiMaru yet, but this game is just awesome. The
graphics aren't great but the movies are and so is the story from what I
can gather from it. The cinema scenes are really good and the voice
acting is superb. I hope someone here can help me with the following:
The more I play this game, the more I realize why nobody on the list
has finished it. I have a pretty good walkthrough I have been working on
for a long time now but I am stuck....REALLY STUCK.
Spoiler ahead....
Okay, I have been in England for some time now and have made it to
Stone Henge and beamed up to the sky ruins. I keep going in circles up
there! What is the damn pattern to get me through that part?
thanks in advance,
george

Chameleon Club is a game store in Japan. They sell used games and would
"package" loose games in a sleeve (HuCards) or a box (other carts) with
their logo and stuff on it. Pretty standard stuff. The stores are
usually part of a larger book/cd/video store... kinda like a franchise I
guess.
I used to shop at Chemeleon Clubs all the time, but I'm not sure how
widespread they are.

In Bomberman 94 there's a powerup that has three bombs in a row on it. What
does that do? Best Bomberman EVER. Me and my friends love B-Man 94. Can't
wait for Bomberman Online (and NO, it isn't cancelled) which might edge out
B-Man 94.

94' is the Best bomberman!! My friends all love to play it when they come
over. I think it's MUCH better than the SNES versions. When you get the
3-bomb icon it allows you to lay your full savo of bombs by double tapping
the bomb button. Try flipping everyone elses turbos on and then when you
friends get that icon they will kill themselves when they lay all their
bombs out :) hehehehe What is the one kangaroo supposed to do when he
dances around in a circle?

Ok well this is way off topic, but i'm calling for help.
I live overseas, and i own a dreamcast, i also own Phantasy star online, now
my dreamcast reset its memory, and i cant play the game on line, easy fix,
get sega to reset the number. well sounds easy but not so. They wont take
requests via there website or email. They only do it if you ring the
number, of course you cant ring 1800 numbers outside the US! doh. SO i need
someone in the US who has a spare 10 mins to ring the 180 number and ask
them to reset the numbers for me.
Anyone here kind enough to help a fellow list member ?
thanks

Hello listers, I need some help. I bought a used Duo in 97. It's not pretty
looking, but it's always done the job. But just recently, I reorganized all
my game systems, and when I hooked the Duo back up, it didn't work right. It
powers up just fine, but the video is all screwed up. The picture usually
starts off in black and white, and then randomly does all kinds of things,
including flashing, wild colors, displaying the image in the wrong spot on
the screen, etc. Adjusting the position of the AV cable does nothing to fix
this. But the games play ok otherwise. Sound seems just fine, games respond
to the pad normally (when I can see what's going on), and CDs boot alright.
What is the chance I just need a new AV cable? I can order one for $8 from
TZD ($13 including shipping), but if it sounds like something inside is
fried, I don't want to throw money away. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks to everyone who told me what that powerup does. Now next time when
me, my brother and friends play, I'll have a wicked new move to surprise
them. :D

That sounds really dodgy, and is likely your backwards country's fault.
You're able to call 1-800 numbers from the backwards country that I
live in, but it's not toll free. In fact, you get the warning from the
South Westernbell chick... hmm... Sure you're hitting those numbers
right?
