Specifications for the IBM Professional Graphics Controller (#6451501)

Hardware:  2 boards, 13'' long, occupying adjacent slots.  Contains:

	8088 Microprocessor
	300KB Display RAM (640 X 480 pixels, 8 bits deep)
	256 X 12-bit color lookup table (4 bits each for R,G, and B)
	20KB Display List RAM
	64KB Graphics Microcode ROM
	Outputs: RGB from 0 to 0.6V (in 16 40MV increments)
		 Composite horizontal & vertical synch, non-interlaced

Software:  Routines for:

	2-D & 3-D Basic Primitives (line, point, polygon)
	2-D Advanced Primitives (arc, circle, rectangle, etc.)
	3-D Transformations (matrices, rotations, perspective, etc.)
	Windowing, Viewporting, Clipping
	Display list manipulation (a la Evans & Sutherland)
	Color look-up table manipulation
	User-definable text fonts, sizing & justifying

Price:  $2995

System Requirements:  IBM PC AT, XT, or expansion unit.

Is the PC graphics board really 640x480 NON-INTERLACED?  Does that mean
it requires a monitor with 32KHz horizontal sweep?  Those things are
more expensive than the board itself!
