I am looking for some music synthesis tools for the MacIntosh.
I have been playing with an experimental version of MusicWorks (Hayden)
but I am frustrated by its limit of 64 measures and lack of
varying dynamics (volume). Perhaps their release version is better?

Basically I want something I can transcribe musical scores fairly
directly, using standard musical notation.

Please point me to manufacturers of such stuff. Thanks.
