I had the same problem with my Microsoft Z-80 card when I was using it
in my Apple ][+, but it went away when I got a //e.  Microsoft would only
guarantee that CPM60 will work with a Microsoft RAMCard, or an Apple
Language card (unless of course you have an Apple //e.)
