I was going through the pile of used manga in my possession and came across
this. I only have Volume 1 but the series lasted six. Apparently the
author couldn't handle the weekly deadline and after reducing weekly page
count, gave up and ended the series.
A high-school boy was in a fiery bus crash that left his face
unrecognizable. He wakes up from a coma a year later and somehow the
surgeon reconstructed his face based on a photo of a girl he likes in his
possession. When he went out to look for his family, who assumed he had
died and moved away, he bumps into the aforementioned girl who assumes that
he's her long-lost twin sister. Now they are living at her house and the
boy must live as a girl until he can find a photo of his real face so the
surgeon can make him a boy again. He's still biologically male but his
situation exposes him to a lot of female nudities and such.
I thought the author did a good job setting up the premise in the first
episode.
