On the subject of parents who write having children who write,
and perhaps rather off the subject of SF, don't forget that
Jack Kerouac had a daughter Jan, who wrote an autobiography
called 'Baby Driver'. It is worth reading as a book, but should
anyone out there actually LIKE Kerouac, they will enjoy it even
more because of the insight it gives into him and his life.
