This will be the first Arcade I have ever tried to revive. Not sure where to start. All fuses test good, have good power out from the power supply to the boards, outlets and to the monitor.
When I power it on I get a single sound effect from the game that just stretches out at the end so it never stops, just keeps making a tone.
That's it though. Can't get any other signs of life. The only issue I "see" is the main power switch sometimes needs a little wiggle to get power when flipped on but once there it gets dull consistent power.
I need help knowing where to go from here. I would like to know if the monitor is good but the high voltage scares me to the point where I shy away from testing too much on the monitor boards until I know where the dangers lie. Any and all help and advice would be appreciated.
