Peach’s personal course probably has the perfect combination of course aspects. It has hairpin turns, it has easier turns for power sliding, it has straightaways for item usage, blind curves for hidden bananas, and the big jump for lightning bolts. It really has everything. It is a bit longer than most tracks, taking a skilled player over 2.5 minutes to complete unimpeded, but that also gives players a chance to stage a comeback if they get behind early.
If given the choice of stages, I often pick this one because of how it puts together so many aspects of racing, along with giving me the length and time to mount that comeback. It is a good test of every skill and makes for a great Grand Prix matchup for two players!
