I have a modem which is connected to COM3. It works fine with kermit,
procomm or terminal in window3 most of times. Occationally, they all fail
to work -- they seems to work, but nothing is displayed on screen --
you can't see. MSKERMIT with port set to bios3 is the only way to work.
It loss some characters though with this setting. If you turn the
computer off, then on, the problem goes away. Warm reboot does nothing.

It kind of annoying. Any one knows that is going on?
