When I first tried to learn Lisp, somebody loaned me a copy of McCarthy's
book on 1.5.  It was about 1/4" thick, and I think most of that was
background.  I think you can describe the whole language in about 2 pages.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.  I wish I had that book!
