Hi, I am looking for a function to do an unconditional replace on
every file/buffer that I have loaded in my current emacs session.
I want to be able to do something like change every occurrance of 'foo'
to 'bar' in every buffer that my current emacs session knows about.
Has someone written such a beast?

Many thanks,
-Natalie
