You should send all u@host.domain via the internet for any valid internet
domain.  Send via smail/pathaliase/whatever for everything else.  This
would include an address in the form h!u@uunet since uunet does not have
( in that address) a domain attached to it.  You can edit sendmail.cf for
other special cases if you want.
