Mt Xinu is sponsoring Elaine Mariolle, one of three women expected to start in a field of 25-30. We'll hear from her support crew twice a day with news from one point on the route and will have at least daily reports from RAAM officialdom. This year's route is southerly -- Albuquerque, Amarillo, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Memphis, Nashville, Blue Ridge, Roanoke -- and a bit longer at 3088 miles than last year. Both men's and women's divisions are expected to be competitive, with no clear single favorites. Stay tuned...
