    Somehow I managed to miss the 'Stardate' article
concerning a galactic shockwave (at least I think that
is what started the discussion).  All I have seen are
a few veiled references to it in recent articles. Anyone
care to explain what it was about (or, for that matter,
start another discussion on the subject)?  Thanks...
we need all the help we can get out here in Connecticut.
