Of course they do.  Almost by definition.  Religion and Christianity
cannot co-exist by the same argument.  What do you think Communism is
anyway?  A political system?  Communism is a religion!  Like many
religions that control the state, it tends to be a bit represive (as
was the mideval Catholic Church).
