Recruiters have their own ways of deciding who they want.  Here is a true
story about some guys from a company that will not be named.  They were
recruiting from Graduate school of Industrial Administration here.(GSIA)

On the first day they had already decided who they wanted to hire.  However
they had already scheduled a written examination the next day  and an
interview on the third.  So they went through the farce of the exam.  However
they asked student x to be the invigilator.  He was a little surprised but
complied with their requests.  

The next day was even more bizarre.  He was the first one to be interviewed.
Instead of asking him any questions they gave a whole suitcase full of money
and a ticket to Atlantic city.  They asked him to go have a good time.  X
decided that he was not going to look a gift horse in the mouth and went away.
He returned in the evening and was told that he had got the job.

Guess the name of the company.
