I suspect that problem #2 may be caused by the same thing, but I'm not sure. Unfortunately, pdx won't compile for me... If some Berkeleyite would send me a copy of /usr/src/ucb/pascal/px/h02opcs.h or whatever it is that /usr/src/ucb/pascal/pdx/machine/pxops.h is *supposed* to include instead, I could get a little further. Various files from nearby directories and from previous distributions come close, but not close enough, yet.
