I have been using Software Toolworks C-80 compiler. The cost is low,
about $50 for the compiler and $30 additional for the math pac which I
highly recommend. The output of the compiler is assembly source code
for their supplied assembler, Macro-80 or RMAC. It is ALMOST a full
implementation of the "C" language with some minor limitations that
have never really bothered me. There are some bugs but not many. I'd
say it is well worth the price and Software Toolworks has been a
pleasure to deal with.
