Megila 25,Yoma 86 & 38, Berachot 6,Baba Meziah 62, Avodah Zora 29 . These are just a few of the many places in Talmud where we are instructed how to deal with reshoim. It is though interesting to note that acording to Tosafos we may not hate a rosho as a person rather we should hate him for his bad actions only. So if you dislike someone you can't say well he is a rosho so I may hate him. Asher Schechter
