Dan:

One reliable mail-order outfit is Dennis Kirk, 955 South Field
Ave., Rush City, Minnesota 55069 (1-800-328-9280). They carry anything
from AM/FM radios to Yokohama batteries!

I've ordered lots of stuff and received all of it real quick.

And yes, they are a LOT cheaper than local dealers. But, I still
like to buy things like plugs and oil at my favorite local shop so I
have a connection for advice if I need it. (Please, no flames about
not supporting local shops, risky mail-orders, etc., as net.rec.photo
went through the subject a few weeks ago!)

By the way, I am into trail riding (Yamaha IT490) and would
like to see some stories from others who also enjoy a little
backwoods thrashing.
