Maybe they can't use aperture-preferred either, though. They need a stop-down mode that sets the shutter speed for the aperture the lens is actually set at. Or manual, of course. While I'm here, I too want to say that the spelling `aperature' makes me cringe. Maybe I hate a's, maybe I hate 3-syllable words. -- Gene E.
