Baddies were chasing Jake and Elwood through the streets of Chicago (potholed roads & beat-up freeways) when the scene changed to a section of unfinished Milwaukee freeway. There, the cement was clean, the skyline was different, etc. You didn't even have to know the two areas to notice the lack of continuity. Bob Devine
