I desperatly need the formal definition for COMMON LISP, as defined in the
SECOND edition of LISP, by Winston & Horn.  I need to know all of the
functions in the standard, in order to upgrade an interpreter that
currently operates using the subset of MACLISP used in the first edition!!!
