Specifically: is it difficult to put together a unit which will protect my system from voltage dips? I have some information on surge protection, but nothing on dip protection. Is dip protection too difficult for an amateur electrician? Would it be better to bite the bullet and purchase a comercially available unit? Any suggestions/experience as to which commercial units work well? Tim
