I almost always see a copy or two when I visit B. Dalton or Walden's. The book contains a complete history of the band from the Charterhouse days through 'And Then There Were Three.' Gallo is also a fine photographer; the book contains many great pictures. Bert Olsson AT&T Bell Labs Summit, NJ sftig!sfwoo!bso
