Great ways to increase resistance on rollers :

	1. Use high gears !  (this is the easiest way)

	2. Let air out of your tires.  There are no bumps on rollers, so
 	   this shouldn't damage the wheels.  Espacially good on plastic
	   rollers.

	3. Make fan blades by lacing duct tape through the spokes

	4. Throw some old rags or towels under a roller to provide friction.
