I am driving a 1974 Saab 99GLE (200,000 miles and going strong) and
my girlfriend drives a 1977 Saab 99EMS. We both experience uneven
braking - The car tends to decellarate (sp?) more at specific points
during the rotation of the wheels. This is noticable mostly at low speeds,
it feels like your braking in small spurts. This was not noticable
on my car until I recently put new radials on the front. Are the tires
installed wrong? Any ideas? Is this a serious problem?
