H
I flew to St Lucia the first week of February on BWIA. I was not
impressed with their service. I would comments about experiences
good and bad with airline flights to the Caribean. On Saturday Feb 2,
they left the gate 1 hour late because they had to deice the plane.
We sat in the plane 30 minutes before any deicing started.
Once in flight, the movie system would not work.
On the return flight BWIA used a Tower Air instead of a BWIA L1011.
It arrived two hours late, and left 4 hours late. It took an hour
to handle the paper work or that is what the captain said, and once
that was cleared, they could not start #3 engine. We arrived JFK at
1:30am rathr than 9:30 pm.

Another friend arrived a day late because of probelH
H
problems with the cargo door.
