Geez, disappear for a couple of weeks, and look at the ruckus!
No, I do not lump the three together.  I admit that the Dead
(despite my misspellings) has its merits, but I'm afraid that
I can't say the same for Dee and the boys...  8-}
I'm also not saying that all (or even most) of what's spewing
forth out of top-40 and AOR stations (which is where my exposure
to the Grateful Dead comes from, btw... WLUP, Chicago) is necessarily
dreck; but what I'm trying to say is that it's a pain to weed through
so much net garbage to find something of interest.  That occasionally
happens, so I bear thru net.music.  But if time is important, I read
net.music.classical first...
