I am in the market for a new HF rig. The main features I am looking for are:

o Portability - not necessarily for mobile use - I am a coop student
and my address changes several times a year

	o Built-in general coverage receiver

	o All solid state

A few friends have recommended the Kenwood TS-430S and I am presently leaning
in in that direction. I would appreciate any comments about the TS-430S or any
other suggestions or advice (nothing too trivial). (Please reply by mail).
