As a comparative Minestorm newcomer (level 81 my best), may I ask:

1) Is there a reasonable strategy for surviving level 32, with its
   invisible star?

2) Why is a player "kicked out" of a game at level 13, or 16, or 21 ...,
   seemingly arbitrarily?

3) Why are levels skipped in Minestorm?
