  Of course my relationships work. They work so well I've had 7 of them in the
last year! :-) Well, that remark may have a :-) after it, but I meant it.
It's all in what you mean by "work". The relationships may not have *lasted*
very long, but I derived a lot from them. One of them (now (in)famous on the
net! :-) only lasted a weekend, in terms of us actually being together, but
since we are still close friends and both thought the experience was wonderful,
I'd say it "worked", although it didn't turn into a "traditional" romantic-
type relationship. My advice to people is: experience the relationship for
what it *is*, and don't make judgments about it that come from beliefs you
have about the way a relationship *should* be. That's a good way to make
yourself unhappy.
