I have had nothing but good luck with Compact Disc Centre. Of course, I
usually order 30 to 40 discs at a time, so there's no problem with making
the 10 disc minimum for the price break. We get together big group orders
here at CMU, which win on shipping (CDC has a $2.00 flat shipping charge, no
matter how many discs you order). CDC can usually tell you if the discs you
want are in stock, or about how long it will take to back order them. The
best part about CDC is that they are FAST! They have a good stock on hand,
and what they have they send right away: I usually get orders 2 to 3 days
after I call.

I have not had good luck with a place called EarthTune, in Oregon. They
claim to have a lot of import discs that are hard to find elsewhere, at okay
(but not great) prices, but they take a long time to deliver them. I sent
them a money order in the first week of October, and didn't get my discs
until the middle of December (after I had sent them a letter). But they
STILL haven't sent me one disc, and it's going on four months (plus one
phone call and another letter). Foo. They finally have a phone, but they've
only answered it once in the last couple of weeks that I've been trying to
call them. Of course, this may be a fluke, the one order that fell through
the cracks, but I'm not terribly happy.
