    1. SUN has delivered everything we ordered, within one week of the
	quoted 120 day delivery time.

    2. Everything we send back for repair has spent less than a week in
	SUN's shop.

    3. I have never had any serious problem getting the SUN sales rep
	on the phone.

    4. SUN has never tried to change price and delivery terms on us.

On the other hand..

    1. 120 day delivery on a micro, even a big micro, is a bit much.

    2. Two of our four stations were dead on arrival, and another has
broken since. (one keyboard, one memory, and one Ethernet control)

    3. Getting someone on the phone who knows anything technically is
	difficult.

    4. We have a large and hard-nosed purchasing department.
