Is there anyone out there who's done the upgrade? It sounds pretty simple, but it's always nice to get a second opinion... Also, what does it take to interface a micro to MIDI? I'll probably be getting a non-standard micro (ie. not a C-64 or Apple II) and will be writing composition software for it. Are the MIDI interface boxes that Roland, Korg, Seq. Circuits etc. market easily programmed? ie. are the necessary specs given to the user in order to write a MIDI driver? I hope I don't have to join the International MIDI Assoc. just to get this info. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Steve Tynor Georgia Instutute of Technology ...{akgua, allegra, amd, harpo, hplabs, ihnp4, masscomp, ut-ngp, rlgvax, sb1, uf-cgrl, unmvax, ut-sally} !gatech!gitpyr!tynor -- Steve Tynor Georgia Insitute of Technology, Atlanta Georgia, 30332 ...!{akgua,allegra,amd,hplabs,ihnp4,masscomp,ut-ngp}!gatech!gitpyr!tynor
