I've hear of some pretty outrageous claims of "rights". But
claiming that you have the "right" to make little peices of lead fly
thru the air at supersonic speeds seems pretty silly to me.

Do I have the "right" to drive my car at 200 mph?

1) Don't talk to us, talk to the founding fathers. They're the ones who
put the "keep and bear arms" clause in the bill of rights. Of course,
most of what they wrote (including that) made sense. If only people would
pay attention to that document.

2) Yes, so long as you don't endanger others while doing so. Of course,
given the screwed system of traffic laws we have today, you'll also have
to do it on a private road.
