Have you ever passed someone in the hall with so much perfume
on, that you thought if they ever stopped moving it would condense
and begin to rain?

Why is this?  Most of the "culprits", in my experience, are women;
although I've known a few men who overdo the after-shave as well.

My personal opinion is that after doing this for many months/years,
the user becomes so aclimated to the smell they no longer realize
how much perfume/cologne their using. As a result, they just keep
splashing it on until THEY can smell it--whereupon they now
have greater range than a skunk! (And in some cases, I'd actually
prefer the skunk :-)).

What does everyone else think? Any "heavy users" out there?
