Brown For a really GREAT debugger try Genesis Microsystems in Mountain View, Calif.. Their debugger is called GENESCOPE. It uses split screens and allows symbolic code and data labels to be used in all sorts of neat ways. The only problem is that it is expensive. I'm not sure of the cost since I didn't pay for it, my employer did, so I'd rather let you find that out for yourself. Sorry I can't say from experience whether or not you'll have the same problem with debugging KERMIT. -- Fred Elliott Advanced Micro Devices (MCSD) (408)988-7777 {ucbvax,decwrl,ihnp4,allegra,intelca}!amd70!fredel
