Wow!! :-) Sorry about that. I'm about to leave for Finland (10 time zones) so 3 time zones seems like nothing. Seriously though there is a little book available in most book shops called "Overcoming Jet Lag" by Dr. Charles F. Ehret and Lynne Waller Scanlon, published by Berkeley Books. It costs $4.95 and has a remarkably ugly red and white cover. The method proposed involves special dietary arrangements starting 2 or 3 days before the flight and proper planning of active/resting cycles to retrain your circudian rhythms to the new time zone. Based on my experiences from many flights home to England from CA. I believe the information given in this book to be useful. -- From the TARDIS of Mark Callow msc@qubix.UUCP, qubix!msc@decwrl.ARPA ...{decvax,ucbvax}!decwrl!qubix!msc, ...{amd,ihnp4,ittvax}!qubix!msc "Nothing shocks me.
