But claiming that you have the "right" to make little peices of lead fly thru the air at supersonic speeds seems pretty silly to me. Of course, most of what they wrote (including that) made sense. If only people would pay attention to that document. 2) Yes, so long as you don't endanger others while doing so. Of course, given the screwed system of traffic laws we have today, you'll also have to do it on a private road.
