The Dept. of Dentistry here wants a programmer to run their Biometrics
Unit, serving their clinical and research users. Work includes maintaining
Unix on 11/60, 11/50, 11/73 (2.9BSD) and a Masscomp (4.1BSD). Also support
and development of software using the Mistress RDBMS, the S statistics
language, and assorted graphics packages.

They want a Masters degree in Computer Science or Statistics plus "proven
skills as a team leader". Salary is $37k-$43k depending on experience.
Questions to their admin folks at (416)978-2805, detailed resumes (with
salary expectations) to

		215 Huron St.

		Toronto, Ont. M5S 1A1

Please don't ask *me* about this; I'm posting this for a friend, and I
know practically nothing about the job. I fear that Canadian citizenship
or Landed Immigrancy is probably a practical necessity, given the hassle
involved otherwise.
