The latest Radio Shack catalog (1985, just came out) lists some new hardware
goodies for the Coco. One is a combination speech and music (or at least
"sound") synthesizer plug-in pack, may contain both a Votrax and a music
chip. Another is a new plug-n-power interface. Best of all (?) is a Koala
pad, with what look like two mouse buttons, for only $60. If this beast
really gives full 256-pixel resolution (not the joystick ports), it is
a worthy successor to the X-Pad. Anyone see this stuff yet? mike k
