If you want to hear good examples of this listen to Radio Moscow sometime. Whenever they start discussing the deployment of US missles in Europe by the Reagan administration they start off by talking about the 1917 Russian Revolution, ease into the horrors of Nazi Germany during WWII and then start up on the missles and Reagan. Radio Moscow even had a nice little bit on the Olympics about two weeks ago. They were discussing their "Friendship Games" and in the course of it mentioned that the US were participating in the Olympic games "which will be ending shortly". Interesting, since the games hadn't even begun when the broadcast was aired. Dave Burden decvax!decwrl!rhea!cheers!burden "see you on the funway"
