A short time ago I was waiting for my hair stylist to complete the person
ahead of me. I began to thumb through a fashion magazine and came across
an article related to this topic. Three pictures were taken of the same
woman. One with no make-up, one with moderate, and one with heavy make-up.
The hair styles were identical. Numerous people were shown one of the three
photos and were asked to give their impressions of the woman in the photo.
I'm sorry, but I don't remember which magazine it was, or the date of the
issue.

Results:
No make-up - Shallow person, timid, boring and uninteresting,
Moderate make-up - Self-assured, capable and professional, an achiever.
Heavy make-up - Dishonest, loud person, probably a hooker.

Is the moral of the story 'Moderation in all things', or is there more to
this? Comments?
