The concept of a freeze is appealing at first thought, but, realistically, it won't ever happen. I don't know what the answer is to be honest. I think the first step is awareness by the general public that we(MANKIND) possess the ability to destroy ourselves. The point is...we are not talking about regular power plays by 'little boys' in the government...we are talking possible destruction of civilization as we know it. This is kind of rambling so I will sign off for now. Send flames if you want....but remember that for the first time in man's history we control our own destiny, above and beyond natural disasters, etc. I mean, just think about it, man has never before had the power to DESTROY everything.
