I don't know if the last two are outside of California. K-mart seemed to have a rather impressive selection of goodies, but can't remember too well. However, they were the ONLY place in the San Jose-Santa Clara area I was able to find the Terminal Emulator II cartridge. A few days ago, someone posted some sources for TI goodies to the net. If anyone needs a copy of the article in question, I have a copy of it.
