Note that it says it is 28 lines long, but has only two lines, the last one incomplete. This is superficially like the "line-eater" bug, but the crucial difference is that the data lost is at the END, not at the beginning of the text! If it was just a trashed submission, sent out incompletely, the number of lines should be much lower, like "2". So it must have been complete when it began its journey through the bowels of USENET...
