In the band that I play in, we have a Peavey Mark IV 24 channel mixer, and the Peavey Project I system (speakers - Bass, Mid-Bass, Mid, and High freq. enclosures) tri-amped. The sound is incredible! I know this is more than you're looking for, but the point is that equivalent "name" brand equipment (e.g. E.V. horns, Crown amps, etc.) would easily cost 3 times what we paid for this system. So make sure you check them out. From talking with other knowledgable people, they all have good things to say about Peavey. (Including a fellow who has done mixing and provided systems for Springstein) Bob Switzer
