Unfortunately, this is not a politically viable energy source, since it
fails several important tests:

It is too heavily centralized.
It is too large scale.
It involves a very wasteful and inefficient energy deliverty system.
The energy is delivered preferentially to certain areas.
It is known to cause skin and possibly other cancers.
It is too high-tech.
