The last time I ordered from Bike Nashbar, they filled about
half my order, saying they were out of stock on some items
like water bottles (!), a tire pump, and a freewheel.
Nevertheless, I have generally been pleased with Nashbar.
They have a good selection, and their prices are reasonable.

I've never mail ordered from Palo Alto Bicycles since I live
close to them, but they *are* rather expensive.
