Might I suggest that you check out the Libertarian platform? One of the
things that's usually in it is the "no" vote. The ideas is that "no" is
a valid vote for any office. Should "no" win, then the office is left
empty for the term. Who knows, you might just find out that the office
in question is superfluous, anyway.
