Excuse me, but this isn't true -- the psionics types are forever
agreeing in writing with James Randi that they will produce
this or that psionic event (they've so far always failed, of course,
his $10,000 prize remains unclaimed).  Still, THEY clearly expect
to be able to do it "on stage, on command", or they wouldn't state
in writing that they can, and that the test conditions are not 
difficult.
