I'm also a lousy cook. Can anyone suggest any EXTREEMLY easy, nourishing meals, which are either vegetarian or have very little meat in them? My recent discovery (don't laugh), is to have lots of those 'oriental' dried noodle soups on hand (can be prepared in 3 minutes). I also have a freezer full of frozen vegetables. And a bag of frozen cubed chicken white-meat. A quickie meal involves making the noodle soup, and throwing in a few handfulls of veggies and a little bit of chicken. It's quick, cheap and easy. A little Shoyu soy-sauce, and you have quite a tasty meal. Even simple-minded suggestions (like the above) will be appreciated. Thanks, Karl ...decvax!decwrl!rhea!star!malik
