Many cable companies can lock out stations you want during certain hours
for a "nominal fee". If yours doesn't call them up and request that they
start. I've even seen mechanical devices which fit over the tv's knobs to
lock out stations. If none of those are appealing, then unsubscribe from
the cable company.
