I need some help patching IBM's brain-damaged keyboard handler.
More specifically, I would like for the handler to NOT ignore the
depression of the keypad-5 key (key #76) while the keyboard is in
its base case. Perhaps someone could enlighten me as to why this
problem exists (Yes I know its because someone did it that way -
I want to know what they choose to do it that way). Any pointers
or suggestions would be helpful.

Also - anyone know on what page of the ROM BIOS listing the routine
INT10_END begins? I've looked for it a number of times. Are there
routines that have been selectively ommitted from the listing?
Thanks.
