Is there a standard utility for rotating the alphabet? A lot of these
messages are 'ROT 13' or something of the sort. It's possible to decode
by hand (tedious), or to write a rotation routine myself (only useful for
net.puzzle decription). Why not use 'crypt' with 'SPOILER' as the keyword?
