George Bush "decent and moderate"?  When?  If so, it must have been
just an act.  "Nuclear war is winnable."  "Congrats, President Marcos,
on your commitment to democratic values."  "No, I never said that 
Reagan's ideas were 'voodoo economics'"  until an NBC reporter found
the tape of him saying exactly that.

Bush sounds like the the man for "1984", if not 1984 ...
