I had heard about a book (rather old) called
electronic projects for musicians.

What I want to know is -- what kind of circuits
are used to generate both studio and stage guitar/synth
add-on effects.

In other words, what is Overdrive?
How do they define distortion? Is it clipping?

If there is a book that has an up-to-date description
of the inner workings of modern audio effects, please
let me know.

Thanks
	Gary
