The Computer Services Group at the Harvard University Science Center is
looking for an experienced UNIX/C programmer to help manage a growing
number of PDP-11 and VAXen (2.9 and 4.2 BSD). Duties include design,
implementation, and maintenace of systems and applications software,
participation in the design and implementation of software for a rapidly
expanding network, and providing support for faculty and administrative
users.

Requirements include:
     o	a bachelors degree with emphasis on mathematics or computer
	science, or equivalent experience.

     o	experience with C and UNIX. A firm grasp of designing and
	implementing programs that really work.

     o	the ability to work with faculty and students, many who are
	neophytes.

     o	familiarity with other high level langues and VMS would be an
	advantage.

Salary and degree of responsibility depend on the level of experience.
