I've always wondered about that ... a guy's letters getting into The Book
that's the True And Literal Word Of God.  No matter Paul's intent, a lot
of religionists have been using his words to denounce sex and the rights of
women for as long as I've been keeping track of things.

Try getting Jerry Falwell to admit that 1 Corinthians 7 is "just Paul's
opinion" and "not official policy" ....
