Message-ID: <788@ihuxn.UUCP> Date: Thu, 9-Aug-84 09:25:17 EDT Article-I.D.: ihuxn.788 Posted: Thu Aug 9 09:25:17 1984 Date-Received: Fri, 10-Aug-84 01:09:33 EDT Organization: AT&T Bell Labs, Naperville, IL Lines: 15 -- My garden is about to produce its usual bumper crop of tomatoes, and as usual I plan to convert most of them to tomato juice (which all of my family loves). I have an excellent recipe for the juice, but it involves a lot of effort (boiling, chilling, peeling, cutting, cooking, food mill, cook again). It appears that a gadget called the Victoria Strainer (advertised in the Burpee catalog) would make the whole job simple. Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) with this product? Also, I would be glad to share my juice recipe with anyone who is interested. -- Tom Butler ..!ihnp4!ihuxn!ttb
