As noted, the Bus Boys are a (mostly) black group out of LA.
Their biggest hit is probably "Minimum Wage".  The album that the 
song was on (called Minimum Wage R&R) was full of satrical songs
about race relations.  Take for example the songs "Do You See Me?",
or "KKK".  I have also seen them do a beer commercial by changing
the words of one of their songs.
