The "sourcable shell file" idea is cute but unfortunately not very
general, as compared with #! execable files that added a generally-
useful facility.  It doesn't seem wise to encourage proliferation
of facilities that are not widely useful.  For example, a Bourne
shell user or a general program will get no benefit at all from a
csh-sourcable shell file.
