It appears that virtually ALL of the Imagewriter printers being distributed
here have a rather substantial horizontal striation problem (most easily
seen by doing a screen dump of a gray background). The problem MAY be
caused by improper vertical feed of the paper. On a full page the black
horizontal lines will 'come and go'.

The local distribution point says they all have the problem, and that
Apple has 'been notified'. Is this a known problem? Is there a known
solution?
