I would have never thought that a subject such as
makeup would kindle the fires of controversy unparalleled
since the days of Trish. Actually, I think you can tell a lot
about a person by the way they wear, apply and tend to their
makeup. Certain touches can give away clues about that
person's vanity, their opinion of beauty, their ideas about
self-respect. Sometimes these signs can be more tell-tale
than the bullshit conversation most people initially have with
each other when they start acting like frogs coming courting.
I think an observant person can tell quite a few things about
a person's appearnace, BUT, you never can tell a book by the cover so I
wouldn't bet the farm on inferences drawn from either snappy
one-liners or well placed eyeliner. The reason most people can't find
the one they're looking for is because they don't know what
they want. Find someone like your mom or dad...( quick, dear, the asbestos
   suit! )
