Lowell George's death came very shortly after the one and only time I saw them in concert, which was pretty unsettling. But anyway, on with the trivia. 'Willin' was first recorded on 'Little Feat' by Little Feat. It was their first album. If you can find it anywhere, as Joe Bob might say, check it out. It is a very raw, eclectic, and funky album; sharply contrasted by the extreme slickness of 'Waiting for Columbus' and their later studio albums. As I figure, if interest in good music (bing! bing! value judegment! bing!) lives on, then the music (and artists) do as well. -- Chip Rosenthal, Intel/Santa Clara {idi|intelca|icalqa|imcgpe|kremvax|qubix|ucscc}!t4test!{chip|news}
