     My stand on affairs is extremely simplistic (guess that fits my
  mentality :-) )                 
     Personally, I believe that        

       1) The only good reason to get married is if you have kids, however

       2) If you do get married (and I take it seriously) you have made
           a commitment to that ONE person; an affair flirts with destroying
           that vow, in that it could lead to your leaving the first party
           for the second. 
     If you want to have close relationships with many women, DON'T GET
           MARRIED!!

     Obviously if you are not married you are (or should be) free to explore
        many relationships.
