However -- this only works because of our rather strange mailer situation at
the moment -- the incoming mail get munged through sendmail, who understands
how to change '%' to '@'.  At that point sendmail gives it to the UREP mailer.

Now, assuming the UREP mailer were completely working (which it will be
eventually), the sendmail step would be eliminated -- and the mail would come
directly into the UREP mailer.  At that point it would barf since the old syntax
for UREP mail is

	host%user

and the UREP mailer supports the old format.

Just a helpful hint.  Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
