No matter when you answer the phone, it could be a sales call, an obscene call, or a threat. After 80 years of "progress", you still cannot identify an incoming call without answering it. (I once read a news article about a call tracer for household use. I believe AT&T forced it off the market--can anybody confirm this?) I'll take netmail over phone calls. -- Col. G. L.
