Why should people who are able to see humor in  a tragic situation
be considered insensitive?  It is not as though such persons would
say, "Ha, ha, San Diego, what a bummer, up yours.", but that they
might see a different side of things IN ADDITION TO BEING HURT BY
THAT tragedy.  Sorry, only one emotion at a time?  Nope, it doesn't
work that way.
