I've owned the AE1-P for about 9 months now and I enjoy it
very much. I wish that I could have bought the A-1 but it
was a little out of my price range. I find the AE1-P is
very reliable in terms of exposure in the programmed mode.

My wife also likes as she doesn't need to do anything but
focus and shoot, yet I can take liberties with the exposure
settings if I want to.

Cost was $219 through Cameras West mail order.
