The Ektachrome P800/1600 film is good; but, it's a professional film,
meaning it has to be refridgerated, processed immediately and is
difficut to obtain.

Fuji has a new 1600 FujiChrome out that is better yet than the
P800/1600; I don't remember what it's called, but it's also a
professional film.  It was reviewed in either Popular or Modern
Photography a couple of months back.
