	As a matter of fact all the versions of CC that I've ever used
	wouldn't allow -o on to something.c or something.s.  F77 and the
	loader don't seem so cautious.  Once again system V is nothing
	special.

I modified the 4.2 BSD f77 a while back so that it won't load on any of
the files specified on its command line.  I also got rid of the
egregious 'Termination code 139' error reporting.  Fixes for this will
be posted to net.lang.f77 and 4bsd-f77 when I get around to writing up
reports again.
