But the Germans using more public transportation than us would seem to be them doing something right that we aren't. TC Wheeler indicates that my stats on driving are out of date. He may be correct, but my experience indicates otherwise. I'll try and find more up-to-date figures, and maybe more applicable figures: per passenger mile, *including* public transportation seems to be the most apropriate to me.
