Previous messages to this group have indicated that the Apple and the HP
disks are both made by Sony and should be equivalent.  They have also
indicated that the construction of Memorex disks doesn't seem to be as
good as the Sony disks.  How about the other makers?  The ones I have seen
are Maxell and BASF.  Anyone have any comments on these?  This is of more
than theoretical interest to me since we now have a ready supply of BASF
disks.
