Please send information on word-processing editors for UNIX 4.2bsd.
So far, the best looks like Horizon's -- are there users on the net?
I've decided against vi because of its command/imsert mode, and
against emacs because of its slow speed and difficulty-to-learn.
Our user base is mixed with both novice users and expert programmers.
I hope to find an editor that can work with troff and scribe, that
is powerful and fast, and that "disappears" as you learn to use it.
It would be used for both writing and for programming.

Please send mail to ucbvax!ittvax!barber . I will summarize the
results on net.unix. Many thanks for your help.
