Message-ID: <5052@utcsrgv.UUCP> Date: Sun, 19-Aug-84 09:43:50 EDT Article-I.D.: utcsrgv.5052 Posted: Sun Aug 19 09:43:50 1984 Date-Received: Sun, 19-Aug-84 14:18:14 EDT Organization: The Law Society of Upper Canada, Toronto Lines: 16 My wife and I and our four-month-old daughter will be visiting New York for a week or so in September, and I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for particularly good kosher restaurants. When we were there in 1981 we went to Moshe Peking (we weren't thrilled) and a number of pizza places on 13th Ave. in Boro Park (delicious), but that was about it. We're open to suggestions. (We take the baby everywhere, and she's no trouble in restaurants.) By the way, Toronto now has a great variety of kosher restaurants, for those of you who don't know. Herschel's (dining), Massada (French, dining), Malkat Peking (Chinese), Maven's (fast food), Mati's (pizza/falafel), Marky's (deli), Le Marrakech (Moroccan), Stern's (downtown, opening soon), Milk & Honey (milchiks), Bagels Galore (sandwich counter downtown) and My Zaidy's Bagels (pizza). -- { allegra cornell decvax ihnp4 linus utzoo }!utcsrgv!dave
