Unfortuately, petty arguments go on in every group.  People
often hit the "f" key before engaging their brain.  I think
this leads to more juvenile articles.

The other major problem is the people type what they say rather than
expressing themselves differently for the written medium.  The
development of the ":-)" has helped somewhat but sarcasim is often
mis-interpreted.
