I, for one, completely agree with the original statement of:
"load mouthed little rug rat" !!
We now have restaurants (and other various types of places where differing
groups of people meet) that separate smokers from non-smokers. I want
places to separate people with load-mouthed little rug rats from people
without load-mouthed little rug rats!!!! If I have to listen to another
little brat scream his/her little pointy head off while I'm trying to
enjoy a nice little meal again, I may do something drastic. I am
particularly refering to the cases of children who are at least old enough
(about 18 months) to know better at least to start learning to know better
and/or the parents who sit there and say, "Now, now, Johnny/Jane. You should
quiet down." or ignore them hoping it'll (the screaming/crying/yelling/etc)
will go away. So keep your loud-mouthed little rug rat (if he/she) has
not yet been trained in the rudiments of social graces) out of my restaurant!

I most hardily agree and I would like to make a "modest proposal":

             SERVE 'EM UP!!!!
