I don't have any product to announce, but there seems to be some 
support for them on the net.  It seems that when there is interest in 
a topic, and there is also disinterest, a newsgroup is born.  I see 
little reason why such a group should not be formed.  Sites, if they 
don't want them, do not need to subscribe or forward them (I am not 
sure if this is possible).  I might even look at the postings, for a 
while; at least I would get some info on more than half-baked ideas.
