Somebody smashes their car into me, I win a lawsuit against them but the person does not have enough money to pay the judgement. Currently, most states attempt to protect me in this situation by requiring the the person to carry insurance. The question I was trying to get at is what protection I would have in a libertarian so- ciety. I don't see why the owner of the road would be involved in the case at all. Kenneth Almquist
