Can anyone explain to me why when decoding rot13 jokes with just a `D', some
rotated lines go through undecoded, while the decoding proceeds okay with
`D 13'? (i.e. what exactly are the differences between `D' and `D 13' ?)

Please send mail, I don't normally subscribe to this group.
