The Altecs are too big and have a flat sound compared to my primary speakers, the Dalquist DQM-9. I have the opportunity to purchase a pair of used Ar3a speakers for $200. Alternatively I am considering spending the $200 new speakers, perhaps a pair of small Boston Acoustics. I would appreciate opinions on a comparision between the Ar3a and new $200 speakers, particularly Boston Acoustic and Infinity or other suggestions for bedroom speakers. I would also appreciate comments on the price of the Ar speakers. Please respond by mail or phone. adTHANKSvance Bill Wetzel 201-834-2083 ...!vax135!hou5h!wrw
