This newsgroup was created for the discussion of topics related to women and women's issues, right? Yet close to half of the notes posted (as I write this) deal with whether net.men should be created??? Either there aren't enough women's issues to be discussed, or this net.men/net.women.only discussion is stifling other topics. For the record, I don't mind if net.men gets created. If nobody posts anything to it, it can die a natural death. As far as keeping men out of net.women.only (and issues like circumcision), there isn't anybody to police that. I also think net.women is a great place to discuss topics like the ERA, especially if Phyllis Schafly is on the net - then you'd see sparks fly! It just appears that this net.men debate could go on forever. Doesn't this debate belong in net.news.groups anyway?? Mail flames; avoid net clutter... Beth Mazur {ima, harpo, esquire}!inmet!mazur
