I have a copy of "A User guide to the UNIX(TM) System" by Thomas/ Yates,
which is an adequate introductory level book. Recently I came across
a poster which claimed to be from "The Programmer", and it seemed to
delve fairly deep into the internals of the UNIX System. Has anyone
out there seen "The Programmer Guide" and is it indeed a good text
on UNIX internals. Are there any other available texts ??? Your
answers will be greatly appreciated; if enough interested is generated,
I will summarize and post.
Thanx,

P.S. I've recently acquired copies of the books by Bourne and
Kernighan/Pike. None have the detail to become a UNIX guru.
