A word from the San Francisco Bay Area:

I have been talking to many interviewees lately, some from the East.
A great ice-breaker (as it were) is to discuss the weather. A week
ago, it went something like this:
Me: "Well, it's been quite cold out here [CA] lately."
Them: "What do you mean by `cold'?"
Me: "Oh, golly -- down into the 40's and 30's!"
	(They sigh).

What I call `brisk' they call `warm'.

This week we've been getting record-breaking high's in SF
(upper 60's-70's) for this time of year.

California (the Bay Area in particular), in my opinion, is God's Choosen
Spot on Earth, but I suppose the rest of you are living where-ever
you are because you like it there, yourselves. Don't you? (*half-smirk*)
