AN wants to know why not everybody recognizes his "flashing headlight"
signal. Well, I, for one, had never heard of it till he brought it up.
Where I come from, if an approaching driver had their lights on it
meant troopers ahead. If somebody behind you was doing weird things to
attract your attention it meant you were driving at night with no
lights, or your bumper was falling off, or ..., and the driver
behind you was just trying to tell you about it.

Myself, I go about 57mph in the right lane, except on the rare
occasions when I catch up with someone going slower than I am; then
I use the left lane to pass. For you clowns who drive 70-90, it
takes a lot longer to safely pass a car going only 5mph less than
you are than to pass one going 20-30mph less. Consequently, a 58
car passing a 54 car will take enough time for a 75 car to come
roaring up out of nowhere demanding to be let through, and sitting
on your bumper until you move right.
