(reposting) Message-ID: <820@elsie.UUCP> Date: Mon, 20-Feb-84 13:16:12 EST Article-I.D.: elsie.820 Posted: Mon Feb 20 13:16:12 1984 Date-Received: Tue, 21-Feb-84 08:09:09 EST Organization: NIH-LEC, Bethesda, MD Lines: 15 (Apologies if you've seen this before; the "Distribution: na" line it had was misinterpreted somewhere, and it failed to make it to all of North America.) This passage appears in our CIT-101 manual: 4.4.33 OPTION LINE ATTRIBUTE BIT Set option line attribute bit ESC#< Clear option line attribute bit ESC#= Selects alternate attribute set for the line the cursor is on. Can anyone out there shed light on what these escape sequences do? Use the 'r' key to mail a reply to me. Thanks. -- UUCP: decvax!harpo!seismo!rlgvax!cvl!elsie!ado DDD: (301) 496-5688
