Well, Mr. Sehnoutka, I should think that you might deign to read the
article you are flameing against.  There is NO reference to being passed
on the right (though I think YOU might do so).  Kindly read first and
then flame after some (any?) consideration.  Hopefully your driving
licence has long ago been revoked.
