If driving is a right, nobody? I don't feel like driving with them. So who has more "right" to the road? They, who menace the other drivers, or I, who am probably still a menace but to some lesser degree (I hope)? Right, let's make driving a right. Then, let us establish a body to keep it safe. Hey, why don't we call it government? After all, this body is to govern, at least, the roads. Oh well... Maybe I am strange but I kind of like other people than myself know who owns my vehicles. Sort of helps settle arguments. Again, oh well... -- --Lee (Ward) {ucbvax, parsec, gatech}!unmvax!lee
