You can take the Raiders out of Oakland, but you can't take the Oakland
out of the Raiders.

I don't think Al Davis, or any of the Raiders ever said "Winning is the
only thing."  I could be wrong but I don't think so.  The "just win"
phrase is in defense of criticism of the team itself.  They don't have
a good turnover ratio, they're not favored to win, they don't know where
their real home city is, they don't sell out their home games.
They just win.

This has absolutely nothing to do with lack of sportsmanship.
