Last Thursday (I think) NBC Talknet News had an item about a new
chip that would "solve the problem of data theft" et al.  There
was no mention of the type of encryption invloved, but through the
``Newspeak'' I surmised that they were talking about some form of
Public Key system.

So far, I haven't been able to track this down.  Anybody heard of it??
The company had "Sierra" in its name but that hasn't been any help either.
