	Again, one of the main reasons that the domain-izing of uucpland
	is being discussed in net.mail and in Mark Horton's uucp project
	is that unique names are NOT required universally, only within a
	domain. (So every organization with a bunch of locally named things
	becomes a domain.)
No, sorry, that's not true.  Even though we may not require unique names
in the domain name, the underlying transport mechanism (UUCP) still must
have unique names.  We plan a name registry as part of the map project.
