Our facility here at the National Cancer Institute is primarily interested in the quantitative analysis of two-dimensional gel electrophoretograms (two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, for those of you who may not know, is a technique for separating thousands of proteins, simultaneously on a two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel). I am interested in finding out what other facilities have groups that are active, or interested in this type of analysis. It would be useful to know who's out there so that we could exchange ideas, software, and hopefully, avoid unnecessary duplication of effort. It is probably preferable to post your responses to net.bio so everybody can know who you are. -- UUCP: decvax!harpo!seismo!rlgvax!cvl!elsie!mark Phone: (301) 496-5688
