These people have managed to give their dealers and the public more problems than you could possibly immagine. Take for example a 75% out of the box failure rate (this is a great improvement over their previous 90%-95% rate). If you happen to be lucky and get one that works, it probably won't stay that way for long since the average life of their controlers seems to be about 4-6 months (MTBF 700 hours). During the brief time that the stupid thing works, most people are using Davong's Multi-OS. That rotten piece of software (definately a piece of something) manages to trash files systems for no reason, give "Fatal MULTI-OS Error"s all over the place and give the mysterious messages like "Bug #3 encountered." I wonder how many of those there are? If you are considering hard drives, I would shy away from these unless you are doing a study on frustration! - Howard
