Ken Perlow has noticed that the state of Illinois seems to be
de-emphasising the "Land of Lincoln" on its license plates.  Perhaps
it's because someone pointed out that Lincoln was born in Kentucky,
raised in Indiana, and spent just about all of his time in Illinois
trying to get sent to Washington.
