If you read any of the articles, you'd know the answer. Hate to tell you, but the countries with the most food are DEVELOPED, and those without (with the possible exception of the USSR) are UNDEVELOPED. If you'd read the articles, you'd see the correlation between LEVEL OF DEVELOPEMENT and POPULATION GROWN discussed.
