Dave Vacca @ burdvax wanted a termcap for the 2647F. I don't
have one specifically for that model, but most of the HP's are
semi-compatible for termcaps. The hierarchy of capabilities
works like this:

	Graphics & Fancy Stuff 2623/2647/150 HP2626-windows
		|
Editing Keys Everything with edit keys
		|
Arrow Keys Everything newer than the 2621A
		|
Function keys (2621A with much work; all others)
		|
Basic Functions 2621 + all others

Any termcap that works on the simpler HPs has a high probability
of working on your 2647F. Some of the models (2640?) require
extra padding on the cursor motion sequences.
