Is this a > possible defense? The book in question is "The Ticket Book." The author is a former California Highway Patrol officer; his name I've forgotten. (I borrowed the book from a friend for a quick scan about 4 years ago.) It was full of ingenius methods for beating radar tickets; I wish I could find a copy now. If anyone in the Boston area runs across this excellent tome, please let us all know where it can be obtained! Mike "55 -- it's not just an assinine idea, it's an assinine law."
