I vote "Yes" for a group pertaining to:

	problems with products/services or companies that offer them
	reviews of single products/services or comparisons among them
	
There should be a moratorium on discussing in this proposed group
products/services covered in other groups, e.g., IBM-PC software praise,
UNIX 8.3 QSD bugs, complaints about life in general.  However, care should
be exercised when placing articles about problems with government agencies.
These might belong in net.politics or in this new group.

I think that the name "net.ripoff" is counter-productive and too specific.
Let's call it "net.consumers", or reasonable prefixes thereof.
