The rules seem to be looser now and more complicated (there are both elapsed time and geographical restrictions, like a fouryear interval on the same continent (that's an approximation of the rules)). I don't know if the New Orleans fair is official, though I think it is. There's also supposed to be one in Paris in '89, I believe, honoring their bicentennial.
