	In answer to your questions:

	Yes, Romana did regenerate. It was in the first episode after
	the Key to Time series ( I believe it was "Destiny of the Daleks" ).
	This answers your other question about her, yes she was also a
	Time Lord.

	As to K-9. The first K-9 ( K-9 Mark I ) did opt to remain on
	Gallifrey with Leela ( "Invasion of Time" ). K-9 Mark II opted
	to stay in E-Space with the regenerated Romana in "Warriors Gate".
