These came in over the weekend.  Some site must have stripped the
Message-IDs off, which were then regenerated with the ".UUCP" domain
by some friendly 2.10 site.  The pucc-* IDs should not have any domain,
and the bbncca site should have the ".ARPA" domain.

Because these articles were rejected here, I don't have the path and
can't speculate as to who did the foul deed.
