  Well, this is about as miscellaneous as anything I can think of.  I am
looking for a good book on the design of high-speed digital circuits.
It should deal in particular with proper termination, bypass, and routing.
I do most of my work in S/LS, but am starting to get into F and exotic
stuff, and needless to say, the transition is interesting.  Any suggestions
would be much appreciated.
