...i'm trying to port a slightly modified SysIII SCCS from one
of the 4.1 '780's to a 4.2 780, and, after making some minor
mods in a section dealing with directories, got it to compile
and load w/o serious flaws...but it doesn't do anything interesting
except create 0-length files with screwy permissions set.
...i'd rather use someone elses' hacks right now, if anyone has
a version of SCCS (SysIII or SysV no problem, we've got licenses
to spare) that runs under 4.2;
...and can someone tell me what kind of software Eric Allman's
"sccs" interface is expecting to find in "/usr/local/", and
from where, and is the source part of the (4.2) distribution?
