Recipe Request!!!!
******************
I've had great success growing fava beans in my garden. I've eaten them
fresh in stir frys last summer, but now I have a large supply of dried
fava beans. I know that in the middle east fava beans are a culinary delight.
I suppose there are excellant recipes for fava bean felafel, or for some
type of fava bean hummus.
Does anyone have any good fava bean recipes (especially authentic middle
eastern recipes)???????????????????????????????????????????????????????

p.s. Recipes DO belong in net.veg, because that's what vegetarianism is all
about. I don't read net.cooks because I don't want to wade through all the
'conventional' cooking ideas. Though I may post this same request in net.garden
