As the system administrator for AMD70 and liaison for Berkeley, I would
like to request that nobody get themselves on a mailing list which
involves routing though AMD70. Someone did that with UNIX-WIZARDS and
I was quite displeased to get a call from Berkeley saying "could I please
do something about all this mail going though Berkeley, it was bringing
their system to its knees". Not to mention bogging my system or raising
my phone bills (it's long distance from here to Berkeley).

ARPA mailing list maintainers, please take note.
