I flew to Bermuda on Arrow Airlines last April from Boston.  It's definately
not first class flying but you can't beat the cost.  The stewardesses and
stewards were friendly, the take off was pretty rough on the way there.  But
other than that the flight was o.k.  I wouldn't want to go on a long flight 
with a charter airlines though.  I went to Aruba on Overseas National and the
flight was really uncomfortable, and the services was poor on board.  But as
I said earlier the price is right and with these charter flights I think you
get what you pay for.
