It is quite true that tax laws are much more complicated than what I
reported, but then, I'm not a CPA, I can't afford to hire one, and wading
through IRS publications without knowing exactly what to look for is highly
unrewarding. I reported what I've learned, which is enough to keep you out
of jail, but you can obviously put a lot more work in to it and save a lot
more money. If anyone can recommend a good book on the subject, I'd be most
appreciative.

For those of you who were curious as to what I'm doing, a friend and I are
going to be selling Dvorak Standard Keyboard conversion kits for H19/Z19
terminals (look for our ad in April Byte!). It's not really a big deal, and
with the price of the ad we expect to break even. We're looking at this as a
learning experience before we go on to bigger and better things. If we make
any money, we'll be happily surprised!
