I heard the following two (related) rumors.
	1) Richard Stallman was going to Berkley.
		consequence: there would soon be a free emacs for the VAX.
	2) He was starting work on a programming environment GNU (GNU is Not
		UNIX).

I was wondering what he was, in fact, doing. Also, was he accepting help
or commentaries on GNU. The concept of an operating system/editor/programming
environment written by Stallman (a la emacs) is facinating, and I would
like to get in on it. Please send me any information or leads that you have.
