For the new 68010 MOVC instruction (move to/from control register),
the seconds word contains:

15   14  13  12  11  10   9   8   7   6   5   4   3   2   1   0
A |  register  |		control
D |   number   |		register

The register number for address/data in bits 12-15 are the normal
ones, and the control registers are SFC, DFC, USP, and VBR.  However,
what are the 12-bit codes for them?  I can't find this information
in the Motorola manuals or anywhere else.  Help.

(I tried to make this explicit to avoid confusion.)
