I'm relatively new O-1 user, trying to talk to a DEC 2060 through a Vadic
VA3451 modem. I'd like to set the DSR (pin 6 on the O-1's RS232 port) to
OFF when I'm just home computing, then toggle it ON (+5) when I load my
communications software, to wake up the modem. As things stand now, the O-1
holds DSR high (+5), keeping the modem's DTR light on, and producing a scream
on the phone line when I'm home computing andgo to answer an ordinary incoming
ctel. call. Can I do it? Is this a general interest problem?
