This idea of professionalism seems to require suppressing one's
sexuality.  If this requirement is generally accepted, then that might
explain why somebody who does not suppress it is all the more effective
in dealing with the opposite sex.

Whether or not the woman was attracted to the man, I would guess that
she was enjoying herself, and that's something that cannot be overthrown.
