If this is so, T. C. Wheeler, you are breaking the law yourself.
The law states, "KEEP TO THE RIGHT, EXCEPT TO PASS", and you are stating
that you are in the LEFT lane and the people in the RIGHT lanes are
passing you.  And since you are travelling the same speed as the 
other vehicles, you are not passing anybody.

Sounds like you just like to harrass other people for their driving
habits. If you were doing this and I was behind you, I would flash
my highbeems at you too.
