Can anyone provide a convincing account of why mirrors perversely do such things? Cheers, Ron Rizzo ========== It's hard to see why this relates to "philosophy". Mirrors don't reverse left-to-right or top-to-bottom. They reverse front-to-back. The only "philosophical" question is why people think they reverse left to right? Presumably it's because the viewer sees "another" person out there who moves a hand identified as the left hand when the viewer moves the right hand. Is that philosophical enough? -- Martin Taylor {allegra,linus,ihnp4,uw-beaver,floyd,ubc-vision}!utzoo!dciem!mmt
