I just opened a piece of mail that has been lying around for several days.  
It is from a real estate company who are offering a freebie to lure people to
visit their new development (or whatever).  It starts off with the following
message:  "Bryce Sun Air guarantees you, the recipient named below, one
TIMEX-SINCLAIR 1000 Personal Computer (retail value: $209.00) ... etc".  The
last price I saw advertised for that machine was $10.00 at Sears during a
recent sale.
