And and an even faster thing that a user can do without even bothering
his system administrators is that when he logs in he can pull the appropriate
termcap entry out for his terminal and stick it in the "TERMCAP" shell
variable.  Makes many things much faster.  I don't know where this trick
originated, but I saw it on one of the BBN hosts.
