Lines: 20 No, I'm not going to flame about MTV per se, but the comment that MTV is generally reliable merits countering. 1) When Yes "re-formed", they constantly referred to Alan White as an original member of the group. (wrong) 2) When discussing Mick Jones (ex-Clash) and his plans, they refer to Topper Headon as the original drummer of the Clash. (also wrong) They are constantly getting people's names hopelessly wrong and/or interchanged. They do attempt to get across a lot of information, but it is mostly entertainment industry promotion rather than hard info. On a positive note, MTV was the place where I first heard about the Residents concert, so they can't be all bad. (They did broadcast a really neat show this Sunday called "Rebellious Jukebox". Did anyone else see it?) -- Pardon me for breathing... Rich Rosen pyuxn!rlr
