Cleveland, Ohio Lines: 32 (sorry, I didn't mean to post that last article so soon) .... I meant to say that Bill the Cat has 1/6 of a vote (1 - 4*(1/2) + (4-1/2)* (1/3)). ( I'm counting 'save' votes as -1/2 and am distributing general votes (such as "kill all cats") equally among all the characters that qualify. Each general save vote (eg 'save all cats') distributes -1/2 of a vote among the cor- responding candidates. ) In an earlier article I said that you could get your Physics class, for example, to vote and you could send me the results. Well someone took me up on that. That's why there was such a sudden jump in Garfield's stats. A few people aren't mailing me asking why save votes count for only one half of a vote. This is an organization founded to do away with commercial characters, not to test their popularity. Because of this the crucify votes are more important than save votes and therefore count more. The announcement of the winning commercial character and the start of March's election will be next week. If you haven't already voted you still have a chance. Ryan McGuire (the rm of rrrm) p.s. If anyone out there likes Garfield and hasn't said so yet please send me a 'save Garfield' vote. Personally, I would hate to see this morning-hating, lasagna-loving cat hang on a cross.
