If so, how do I get a copy? Questions I have are: where does most of the cost of lunar oxygen come from? Transportation to LEO? Transportation costs from LEO to the moon and back? R&D costs? How would the economics be affected if large water deposits are found on the moon, so hydrogen needn't be imported? Is any demand foreseen for oxygen at GEO?
