(Recently they are going to remote places like Phoenix, Las Vegas, New Mexico, Oregon, you get the picture...) Anyway, the airline got its start by offering cheap fares to servicemen going on leave from San Diego, this lead of course to a nickname which has survived until now... Poor Sailor's Airline (I know, the buildup wasn't worth the punch-line, maybe you should call this a short Shaggy dog...)
