Well, if you really want to be diskgusted (Ha,Ha) I recall one day watching
a friend of mine running OS\8 on a PDP-12, using a TU-10 as the masstorage
device.  Talk about a HACK. Talk about writing a driver in 2 128 word (12 bit)
pages.  Talk about *SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWW*.  But it was interesting. (Actually the
tape came from a ?system? that was a PDP-8e with only a TU-10, he was copying
some FORTRAN code from our PDP-12).
