It's been suggested that your martial arts training will go for
naught, that the only thing to do is run like hell.  Well, that's
one of the things you do learn in martial arts, although it
won't work if there's nowhere to run, or if you're surrounded.
The most important lesson of martial arts training is how to
center yourself and not panic.  Folks who have learned this
naturally carry themselves in a confident manner, as they can
focus their "chi".
