Even if the claim that men are "more visual when it comes to masturbation" is
true (and I have no reason to dispute it), I don't see how this explains the
existence of violent pornography.
I should think images of a man being lovingly stripped, massaged and fellated
would be just as arousing as images of a man breaking into some woman's
apartment and forcing her to fellate him (for example).
The former does not seem demeaning to either party concerned while the latter
makes the woman into a helpless victim and the man into a repulsive criminal.
