Yes, I drive 70-75 ALL the time. Yes, I flash my high
beam at Left_Lane_Bandits ALL the time. Elsewhere in the
free world that would have been universally recognized as a
brief but polite "Please move over, you are blocking me,"
but here in America, "land of the free," where we hand out
driver's licenses in Crackerjack boxes, that is considered
rude, and the person who does it is usually considered an
*ssh*le. Nice! No wonder so many people resort to the
barbaric practice of tailgating to get the slow pokes to
move over.
