There is NO PROBLEM when you do one simple, common sense thing... SIGNAL YOUR INTENTIONS TO MOVE BACK OVER TO THE RIGHT!!!!!! that way, the person behind you, CRAZY or NOT, will wait and allow you to get out of his way. I don't know of too many people that get irate at someone in front of them, when they know that that person will be back over in the right hand lane WHERE THEY BELONG!
