The classic story about Georgia Tech is the man at a party who says
that the only people who went to Georgia Tech were football players
and whores.  At that his hostess said "Sir, I am a graduate of the
Georgia Institute of Technology."  "Oh?  And what position did you
play?"

It just struck me that Georgia Tech's initials are GIT.  (Note to
non-English speakers.  In England, a "git" is what you colonials
call an "a**hole".  See net.python.git)
