I liked it, though I don't agree with it. If you truly wish to learn about quality your best bet is to read Plato's Dialogues, my favorite is the Gorgias! That is at the roots of what we (in western civilization) call Quality. Another interesting look at true quality is Tom Wolfe's book, The Right Stuff. The movie isn't bad either.
