I also recall reading in an issue of the late *Electronics Illustrated* reports of Canadian jamming of American TV stations near the border. Is this, as SCTV might call it, "a Canadian fact?" (Perhaps it's no longer in effect--I've heard Radio Canada International's 1800 GMT broadcasts to Africa playing non-Canadian records recently.) Information from Canadian net-users would be greatly appreciated. James Jones ...!ctvax!uokvax!emjej
