The nuts and bolts are not bad quality though not as good as you would find in a good hardware store that doesn't sell them in little plastic packs. In any case, I would rate them "usable". However, I got my assortment from J.C. Whitney, P.O. Box 8410, Chicago, Ill., 60680 for only $9.95 + shipping (see their catalog for details-- for those of you not familiar with J.C. Whitney-- they are a mail order auto parts place). Up until last October their price has been the usual 19.95 -- since then they seem to have been on a continuous sale for 9.95.
