Uploading files is easy.  Use the CMD and LIST statements to create an ASCII
version of your Basic programs on disk.  Then, you can write a short
(<30 lines) Basic program which will talk to the RS232 port, perform CBM's
ASCII to real ASCII translation, and copy the files from disk to the RS232.
This is the easiest way to go if you don't want to shell out $$$$ for a
printer.
