With reference to the articles wondering about the dates on magazines, I
qote from the 20 Feb issue of InfoWorld.

	"Like all magazines (including *Time* and *Newsweek*), we have to
label our issues with the date that the magazine is taken *off* the stands
and tha date is about two weeks ater you actually see the magazine."
