Ah yes, 1984: If a tree falls, and the forest was not zoned for commercial
use, and you have not previously applied for a license to listen to trees,
and you hear it...

	...can you be arrested for unauthorized use of Federal Property and
	   be remanded to an institution until such time as the memory of
	   having heard it can be shown (by the Board of Questionable Memories)
	   to have no further threat to National Security?
	
	...can you be sued for violation of Copyright by recording
	   the sound in your memory?

	...are the previous two "crimes" the same?
