In an interview I saw some time ago Mickey Spilane (I just know that's not
spelled right), talked about a book he wrote as a result of a challenge from
someone (his publisher?) that he couldn't write a book with the climax
on the last word. Of course Iv'e forgotten the name.

Can anyone tell me the name of that book?

Thanks,
Steve Holmes
