If someone takes the trouble to keep a record of the active newsgroups
(thanks adam) the rest of us should take the time to read it and follow
it.  This should avoid people posting things to the wrong newsgroups
and even more people flaming the people who posted to the wrong newgroups
and even MORE people flaming the people who flamed the people who posted to
the wrong newgroups.
