This is really a somewhat visual joke, so a gesture needs to be
defined first:

#define GESTURE:  right hand closed except for two fingers extended;
 		  arm fully extended forward with hand at eye level;
		  with extended fingers pointing upward, hand moved
		  vertically downward to waist level.

 	A pizza joint in Rome received a call one evening from the
Vatican, ordering a lot of pizzas to be delivered to the Viale
Vaticano entrance as soon as possible.  Since the prospects were for a good
tip, the two delivery boys had an argument over who should deliver the order.  
The stronger one won, and when returned, the loser said somewhat bitterly that 
the least the other could do was to share the tip.  
   "All right, I'll give you *half* of it," said the winner, making GESTURE.
