Using this disk is (according to Atari) supposed to let you run old software which needs a certain version of the OS. No, I haven't seen it anywhere or know how much it costs, but I have seen it mentioned in both the "Atari Connection" magazine and in the Jersey Atari Computer Group (JACG) newsletter.
