I adapted the original North Star segments of Morrow's CBIOS&, and it seems to work just fine (though haven't figured out many applications for the additional capability yet). Gotta fire up GENERIC KERMIT and try out the IOBYTE configuration to see if that application works. Any Decision I owners out there interested -- yell, and I'll work up the patches in a document. (But give me a few days.) Still no luck on adapting the BIOS to run soft sector 5 1/4" floppy drives (as opposed to the N* hard sector ones it was written for) - but I'm told I'll need a newer (Ver. 2.5) DJ/DMA PROM and am inquiring about that through my vendor now. I'll keep you posted. David Kirschbaum Toad Hall (ABN.ISCAMS@USC-ISID)
