---------------------
Why, why, why do some people in DEC-land insist upon using VT-100's
in 132-column mode to compose net articles? I'm tired of seeing
the last 5-10 characters of every line wraparound; I tend not to read
articles with >80-character lines in them. Netnews takes enough
time to read as it is without my having to put my eyes through
gymnastics.

Well, this *is* net.flame. Any counterflames with lines longer than
80 characters will be returned postage due as oversided mail.
