	I find it helpful to get a hint of where in the world a
	correspondant is.  The time zone does that.

I think "where" should be in the address, but since Internet mail box
addresses are relatively long (with Agent Names), perhaps we should
have a "From-Location:" header field with a geographical location.
For example:

	From: "William C Wells" 
	From-Location: Berkeley CA USA
