Even if the Law says "slower" traffic keep right, the following observations
hold:
	1)  That guy in the Porsche 928 flashing his high beams at you because
		he wants to go 100+MPH makes you slower traffic.  Therefore,
		you should keep right.
	2)  When you are the only car on the road, it is hard to argue that
		you are not the slow car on the road (albeit the fast car
		on the road as well)
In other words, please move over...
