PSA (Pacific Southwest Airlines) is a San Diego based airline
that for years & years only flew within Calif. (Recently they
are going to remote places like Phoenix, Las Vegas, New Mexico,
Oregon, you get the picture...)
Anyway, the airline got its start by offering cheap fares to
servicemen going on leave from San Diego, this lead of course
to a nickname which has survived until now...

   Poor Sailor's Airline

(I know, the buildup wasn't worth the punch-line, maybe you should
call this a short Shaggy dog...)
