	I thought that someone said the Genocide scroll wouldn't wipe
out existing monsters, but would only prevent new ones from being
created.  It does wipe out existing ones (on 3.7.1).  I just had
to waste one on Centaurs, because I was cornered by 3 of them and near
death.
